Is Keel Sync really free to start?

Yes. The core is free: invoices, sales receipts, credit notes, bills, customers, products, payments, the chart of accounts, financial statements and the VAT return. The free plan includes 1 store, 5 users and 1 register. Paid modules such as Point of sale or Inventory are billed monthly per module.

Does it handle VAT?

Yes. The VAT return groups documents by rate band, reconciles to the ledger and exports to CSV, Excel or PDF so you or your accountant can file it.

Can my accountant work in Keel Sync?

Yes. Accountants get their own login, and accounting firms can switch between all their client companies from one account. The free plan includes up to 5 client companies.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Keel Sync runs in the browser on a PC, tablet or phone. The point of sale runs in the browser too, and any tablet can become a time clock.

Can I bring my existing figures?

Yes. Import your opening balances from a CSV so your books start where your previous system left off.

How do I pay for modules?

Modules are billed monthly in euros and paid by bank transfer.
